IPM on S Waldron Rd in Fort Smith has a great team. They are all friendly, prompt and professional. The few times that we needed maintenance, that was pretty prompt talso. We first rented from them 3 years ago, and the process was pretty quick and simple. It took no time for us to find a place through them. We recently needed to move and Garrett (Great Guy) had us in a place in no time. He is always super friendly and helpful as can be. I can highly recommend them.

Exceptional service with very polite and courteous/helpful staff! Our application process was smooth and pretty consistent with the other places that we've rented from. Application fees and deposit requirements were relatively affordable.

I haven't had the need to call them for maintenance yet, but I'm sure that Josh and Garrett will be on top of it when/if I call!

They were very helpful with the technology related to the application and move in process. (Technology is not my friend) once we we moved in, there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and this is where they really shine. Each issue was addressed quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. Management always got in touch with us afterwards to make sure everything was handled properly. We are very impressed and highly recommend this company.
