Stay away from this company. The manager Christina acts like she and the owner are the same person. Father passed in Aug and the Morgage company said they were going to take the insurance off the Morgage. Instead of the insurance company showing compassion and understanding the house was assigned over the us, they still took my mothers money and would not backdate the payment to when the house was signed to myself. Christiana wanted to argue with me and said there company’s policy just changed. BEWARE if you are looking at this company because they will change your policy and not tell you until it’s too late!

My Husband and I were helped by Christina Appodaca, she explained all the details of our Homeowners Insurance policy and Earthquake Insurance policy. She let us know when the payments would need to made. Also that our new policy would give us a discount on our Auto Insurance with 21st Century. Christina was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to talk too. Christina was able to answer our question and concerns. We were very pleased with our experience.

Romy is a great! Quick to respond and quick to make changes that are needed. My mortgage was brought by a new provider and Romy was quick to act in helping to make the changes necessary to get everything in order.
