I've been with Lisa Carreon for 20 years and her team, Kathy, Yvonne and Angelica have always provided stellar customer service. I have had offers to go elsewhere, but I believe in dependability and accessibility. Carreon and her team are thorough and helpful. Even through Covid-19, they stayed by my side. Equally important is that Carreon and her team are local, they know the communities that their clients are from, they're not driving in from other counties to serve their clients. Knowing the people you serve, and where they live, and the terrains that they drive, is important for Carreon and her team to be able to always ask the right questions-that matters.

Angie has helped me and my family for 20+ years with all of our insurance needs. The service has been exceptional!! Highly recommended, so much that we told our uncles and cousins to join this State Farm branch.
On my last incident, Angie literally took over all the heavy lifting, all I had to do was pick up my car from the shop and cash the check.
