I advise against using this realty group to everyone I come across. The property manager gave the Tennant permission to paint my house, alter my electrical, and change out appliances leaving mine in the snow all without my knowledge. These instances along with an abundence of others caused upwards of $10,000 in property damages in less than 1 year of living there. Would caution anyone looking for a property manager to look elsewhere!

After calling Lori about a unit, I told her up front that we would be moving in in four months; she said that was fine and proceeded to set up a showing of the town home. While the lady that walked us through was extremely nice, it was very clear that she was not prepared for any of the questions we asked and told me to send an email of all the questions that we had and she would forward it to Lori. I then sent Lori a text letting her know we were very interested in the unit and we’re ready to move forward. Today, three days after not hearing anything I called her, she was extremely rude and had an attitude, telling me “well that’s four months out.” She said it as if she was annoyed that we even thought we had a chance at getting it. Next time maybe A) talk to the people showing the units, B) don’t waste people’s time if you know it won’t work and C) maybe learn some professionalism and respond to people even if you know you won’t be working with them.

Lori White went waaaay above and beyond to assist me and my wife anyway possible at anytime we needed or asked for help or assistance when we were looking for a place to rent throughout the summer and early Fall of this year, and even after we moved in. Maintenance was always handled expeditiously and was most accommodating. Lori was professional, courtesy, respectful, honest, highly responsive, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. My experience could not have been any better and I could not have asked for any more. Braxton, who took of care of me when Lori was not available, always did an outstanding job and was most responsive and accommodating. My rate and experience was 5star+.

Lori is the worst landlord I’ve ever had! She is super disrespectful and very unprofessional. She does not take care of her tenants and barely takes care her property! We were living with mold & roaches, every time we asked about pest control she took several weeks to respond . I cleaned my house throughly at least 3 times a week & once I moved out I had to throw all my belongings due to infestation! Dont not get into the business if you are not willing to take care of anything ! Horrible experience! Before this company took over our management was great! Never again!!!

The man at the office told me and my friends they would start tours of a property the following weekend, but had already approved applicants to move-in that day. Lori has horrible communication skills, and not once returned a text or phone call from me or my friends despite us trying multiple times. Would not recommend trying to rent from here unless you want to be scammed out of your time and money.

Lori is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met in a professional office setting. She ignores tenants for days or weeks, has an attitude about the smallest of things, and talks to you like you’re a child. Would not recommend cornerstone to anyone for that reason. I don’t know how this lady still has a job.

Cornerstone is an awesome company!! Lori was happy to show me many properties and they all had something I was looking for. She was very professional and I love the fact I can find everything I need on the Cornerstone website.
