Hands down the best experience I have had for both buying and selling a home all thanks to Ashlee Milton. She is a very friendly, sweet, devoted and professional realtor.

When I was buying my home in 2020, Ashlee listened to exactly what I was looking for and found many beautiful homes for me to look at and then she found the perfect home for me! My entire experience was fun looking at homes and having Ashlee’s company as well as expertise to questions I had. I could tell Ashlee studied the properties before bringing me to them. If I had a question about the property she either had the answer immediately or she would get it for me almost immediately.

When I had to sell my home in 2022 due to moving to another state, she was on point with finding a family that was looking for exactly what I had to offer. The home didn’t even make it on the market before she had it under contract. It was a huge relief for me and my husband.

I couldn’t thank Ashlee enough for her efforts in helping me. I can only recommend her to everyone that asks me if I know a great realtor for the area.
