This is a furnished apartment upon move in. No response from yal after multiple attempts to contact. Manager is condescending and rude. I am a stage 4 cancer patient. I was told by management this is my problem. If I don’t want to sleep on a blood stained mattress I would need to replace it out of pocket. And cleaning the filth I moved into is my responsibility. I have all the emails. 1550 a month for a dated disgusting cheaply and scarcely furnished with Goodwill tags still attached.

The place is run by blood-sucking morons. They imposed a 61% increase on my current rate without changing anything in my old apartment. I was given a 15-day notice on my month-to-month status for an increase (which is illegal), so I moved out immediately to avoid paying rent the next period – an eye for an eye. Despite admitting to their mistake, they still made me pay for the next month, even though I had already vacated the property. My last signed lease had expired on October 1st of 2022. This happened in February 2024. Why make me pay when I wasn't given fair treatment on notice? There were plenty of other empty units to move tenants into. They drove off all existing tenants by asking for way too much. The manager's name was Kolby Lucas. I even made attempts to call corporate and was blatantly ignored. I don't care how old the story gets; I'll trash you and your business for the rest of my life.

Called about commercial property extremely excited. Went to look at the property while on the phone with them. It had great potential, but asked if they would fix the window with no trim, caulking, and window flopping, and the replacing the door that is busted in half. The man was extremely offended and got so rude with us. Was told this isn't proper etiquette. Then he said "Your friend is rude for pointing out how trashed his property is." I corrected him and said I was interested in the property and we were excited for our new adventure. We aren't interested anymore! There is no way I would want to deal with such haughty people.

went into the office to make a report and was greeted by the most unprofessional woman by the name of Kathleen, she told me that my concerns were a “little dramatic”. now i don’t know about you but black mold on my ceilings and the lack of maintenance let alone tenant care is not dramatic. when i expressed that i felt undervalued as a tenant and asked how i could be released from my contract i was told in the most smug way that someone would come and fix it, it’s been over 4 months and no one has even come to look at it. i have 3 kids and one of which has severe asthma and we’ve been breathing in this toxic air and no one seems to care. i stay at the flats and these are the worst apartments i’ve ever lived in.. i went to the property manager before going to the corporate office, she didn’t even try to hear my concerns. i find it funny that all the good reviews left here are all from three weeks ago. i remember being told when i moved in that if i left a good review i’d receive a $50 rent credit.. this is my first review and as you can see i have nothing good to say about these apartments let alone this company. something needs to be done, my next step is to call the city and report these people for their negligence!!

I moved in back in Sept 2021 at the time it was managed by Trinity. They had recently gone through some problems with an old manager and everything was pretty crazy. But I recently had a house fire and couldn't find anyone who should have anything available until Oct which wasn't going to work since i was 9 month pregnant. Getting approved was very quick and simple since then Ghan cooper has taken and I have seen a quite a change with whow everything is ran. It took awhile to get everything to start looking up and better for the people and property which was to be expected with the mess they had to step in to and try and get cleaned up. I can say that they done a much better job with making sure that the apartments are not only cleaned but also fully remodeled. When I my ived in everyone told me that the pool had not been open for as long as some of them had lived here which was 3 years. Ms soon as MS Carolyn got in the office she made it attempt to make sure she did everything in her power to make sure it was open this summer. And she did just that. When I first moved in I asked about the work out room and they showed me a very small what was a storage unit with only 3 machines in there and they told me that it was not open. It was located in the back of the office to where the only way to access it would beif the office was open and a key so they said it wasn't open as awell as the pool that summer I assumed bc of COVID. But not only did she make sure the pool was open she actually got a real gym room put together in not the small storage closet that I was shown upon moving in. And did amazing Job with brand new equipment and just a complete positive place to to and work out at the convenience of your own home with 24/7 access. What I can say I love the most about living here is just being able to have a good relationship with management Ms Carolyn has has done an exceptional job with this property since she taken over. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and everything. She always makes time for her tenants and treats them like family and will go above and beyond to work with you. That's hard to find these days. She's a great listener and will always help in any way she can and is great at giving advice on things.

I am currently living here and been here 5 years and I don't have anything good to say about the maintenance my ceiling is about to fall in in my restroom been leaking for atleast 5 months they say they will fix it which is a lie and I have mold all through out the apt made them aware of that also and they still have not done anything about it. I wouldn't advise anyone to live here.

Hey so I will like to start this review off by saying Taylor thank you so much!!!! So I had been looking for a commercial space. And when I tell you he was very well prepared he not only showed me three different spaces for a Barber Shop. Tyler also shared with me his ideas and what he thought would work best in this community that the space was in I absolutely love where I am the commercial space that we have at the house of barbers it was just perfect and if he did not take out this time to show me the space I would’ve never consider renting this spot. It is truly The space that I needed to start my Barber Shop and we are planning on being here for a very long time. So thank you again Tyler we really appreciate it for the time for the knowledge you shared and the whole experience thank you !!!!
