I thought I would give my review in light of learning about the real estate business following my experience with McGraw and with the recent decision in Burnett vs. The National Association of Realtors which confirmed what i already new, real estate agents are unfairly taking to much money from the sellers! Not only that, McGraw was not transparent about the fee's and did not inform us that the fee is negotiable. Rather, what they did was allocate the 6% fee in favor of themselves. Instead of offering to save me 1% from the buyers fee, they paid themselves 4% and paid the buyers 2%. Does that makes sense? Typically real estate agents split 6% evenly but what McGraw did to me was take 4% as the Sellers agent and gave the buyers agent 2%.
So what I'm saying is that if they were really looking out for the seller and are giving the buyers agents 2% why not save the seller 1% and only take the traditional 3%? Because they are greedy, that's why! Shame on McGraw for doing that and if you are reading this and have not decided on a real estate agent to sell your property yet be sure to read about Burnett vs. The National Association of Realtors and know that the fee's that these agents work for are negotiable and you no longer have to pay the buyers agents fee. You also do not have to advertise the amount to be paid to the buyers agent in MLS no longer so if you decide not to pay the buyers agent you do not have to advertise that.Your best bet is to sell your property "for sale by owner" and don't pay these leeches anything. For the amount of work they do versus the amount they are paid real estate agents are a rip off.

Thank God for this ruling it is about to change the real estate game in favor of the sellers and to give us a little relief on the prices.
