However, this company breaks the mold and is putting a new and better approach to the face of real estate agents and brokers. Making you happy is their number one priority, anything else is secondary.
The entire process of working with my agent while looking and buying was easy and painless. I always felt as though I was being approached with utmost honesty, patience, and respect. My agent was there for me seven days a week, morning and night. Always ready with knowledgeable answers to my questions and gave honest and up front opinions. They know their business well!

Michael Prall/ Fort Smith Real Estate Company is our hero. We knew that our beautifully unique, 83 year old family home would be a tricky sell. It was going to take someone special to buy it so we chose Michael to sell it. He knew the home and had a love for its uniqueness. It was also a difficult time because though we were ready to downsize the home was full of memories of our family over our 29 years there. Michael walked us gently through the process , giving the advice we needed regarding getting the home ready and how to price it and hugs when we needed them!. I recently moved from Montana to Arkansas in 2016 and got my real estate license. I received my initial training from Weichert in North West Arkansas and ended up in the Sebastian County area and met Michael Prall and asked him if I could transfer my license to Fort Smith. Michael has not only been an extremely enthusiastic mentor and broker, but has also shown an interest in his agents he didn't have to. He has gone above and beyond, helping young agents, and showing a more personal interest in his clients needs than I have seen or witnessed at any other firm I've been licensed with. He has worked to his fullest to get to his place in life today, and he recognizes promise to new upcoming agents who want to excel in the real estate life. Michael takes care of his agents, but most of all, he takes care of his clients, who after the time spent with him, become his friends. Michael Prall is a completely different face in the real estate business than pretty much most.
