We had so many problems with our lender and Polina took it in stride, and was turning lemons into lemonade constantly. Because of these issues with my lender we were so close to losing the house. I truly don’t know if anyone but Polina could have pulled off the negotiations required to make this deal happen. Would not recommend using this realty company. They are unethical and ended up losing the seller and themselves money on a sale. I placed an offer on property and they would not accept, reject, or counter my offer (after they had already missed the deadline). I was told they had another offer and to put in my max price of what I would pay for the property. They wanted to play a blind bidding game, I refused to place a higher (blind) offer and told them to accept, counter, or reject my offer. They refused so I told them my original offer was my max. If they had countered with me, I would have paid more for the property, near or the full asking price, but the way they went about it was wrong and I wasn’t going to play their dirty game. To make things ever worse, there was poor communication between them and the seller causing the asking price to be off by $80K.
