Nice place love 🧡 to come here for pickup plenty of space for backing up and for parking truck inside and have clean restrooms even you can get the mexican 🇲🇽 food also

Great place to pickup!
The wait can be long at times. A lot depends on if the product is out of the fields yet. I guess that means it's really fresh! 😉
Very nice and clean facility.
Office staff for check in and check out are always friendly and smiling.
Huge parking and staging area.
I never mind coming here!

I’m on a 3 pick up load that requires every pallet to be loaded sideways. These absolute geniuses have an option on the check in kiosk to have the pallets loaded sideways despite the fact that the loaders will refuse to do so while claiming it’s a policy issue. They won’t allow you on the dock to load it the correct way yourself, either. Only reason they get 2 stars is for the gigantic lot.

I have pickup 2 pm I check in 2 pm through app 3:30 pm app kick me out I’m in the office 2 3 times and checked again nobody call me at 5 pm they said I missed the appointment 5 pm then they missed call me 6:45 they never call you properly. They can play with the missed calls.

Apparently the app on check in deletes your info if you tap check in twice. I did because the notification didn't cone through. After 4 hours of no call for a door I called them and they rudely said drivers are messing with there info and "playing with the app" so after I got my door I went to go talk to them about it at the window to show that I haven't made any changes to my profile since they started the app to check in on our phones in the notifications. But they were rude once again saying " it's not facebook or Instagram" basically they want to blow off steam on the drivers instead of a broken down app that has bugs. Grow up crybabies. Be professional adults.

Checking in for berries, 2 pallets on time for pick up. Told my chute was not secure /no gaps needed so had to get repaired. Took 45 minutes to repair and 7 hours to get loaded. Make sure your chute has no spaces or they may reject trailer
