In 2010 we first started with Juergen and April. In a down market they helped us get a very good price in 7 days. Their advice especially on pricing was essential. They were responsive and helpful each time we needed them. Paired with the sale they represented us in the purchase of another home that had some special ownership considerations. That deal was a smashing success. Eventually in 2021 we chose to sell that last home to move out of state to be closer to our children. They were helpful and flexible on pricing. Their responsiveness and follow up was again helpful and reassuring. We would not hesitate to use them again.
