Hey there! 1st time home buyer here! Julia helped my family purchase our first home a little over a year ago and I am beyond grateful we had Julia as our realtor she is AMAZING to say the least! Working with her was so easy and involved absolutely no stress! She was always available for any questions and concerns we had. She was very honest, punctual, and let me tell you she is smart! Julia is AMAZING! She recently helped my husband and I sell our home. She is attentive, quick and very reliable. Excellent experience! My mothers mobile home was sold in 4 days for asking price. Julia was very patient, explained everything step by step to my mother, and went above and beyond. The market is not great right now so we were over the top pleased when she completed the transaction. This is the Second time I have had her complete a real estate transaction. The purchase of my first home in 2015 was so easy. She keeps the experience real and sets realistic expectations for both sale of home and purchase of home. Julia definitely made selling our home an easy, quick and most pleasant experience. Any questions/concerns I had she took care of. She is well versed in real estate, definitely one of the most experienced. We sold our home in less than 1 month, once the “For Sale” sign was put up. Julia takes care of business and she works hard for her customers. Julia is definitely a a true gem. When we came to her with what we were looking for in a home that would accommodate my elderly mother and family she went straight to work to find what options we had. She helped with the sale of my mothers original home so we could buy a new home. in 2009 I was looking to buy a home that would meet my needs for the future. I was preparing to move my elderly parents in with me. After talking with a few relators, I met with Julia. I explained my situation and needs regarding size, location and accessibility for disabled and elderly. Julia went right to work searching for my perfect home. Over the next month, she showed me several homes, not that would perfect for me but for specific areas of the homes such as kitchens, bedroom size, entry and exits. she learned and understood what I needed and wanted. It was no time before she found my perfect home at a fabulous price. I enjoyed the home for over a decade, but after I retired and the passing of my father, I decided it was time to move. In 2020, I called Julia and asked her to sale my home. She did more than that. She sold my home at a price that made me smile and in a short period of time. Julia then went on to contact other relators out of state that she knew to help me find my retirement dream home. They did just that. 45 days from Julia making the call, I had sold my home in California and was moving into my dream home on the Sake River in Idaho. I cannot say enough great things about Julia. Buying or selling a home, she is the one you want. She will get the job done and done right!
