Cheryl Hansen was our real estate agent for selling our home of 30 years on 7 acres in Pilot Hill. She is a hard worker and very knowledgeable about the real estate business. Cheryl guided us through the process of getting our older home ready for sale by recommending what updating needed to be done. She was a great help because she has contacts in the construction industry who came out and did some of the updating and fixes for the house. She also helped us get the necessary inspections done. She composed a listing for the house and emailed flyers to other agents. When the house first went up for sale, we moved out of CA to another state. Cheryl took care of the house all during this time and handled any issues that came up. She stayed in constant contact with us during this time. It took us 8 months to sell the house and many times we were discouraged, especially when a couple contracts fell through. It was a tough market with high interest rates and the high cost of fire insurance in our area was also a major obstacle. She kept telling us that we would get it sold and when the market improved a little in Jan/Feb, we got 3 offers! She then guided us through the escrow period which was stressful. We were very happy to have sold the house. We could never have done it without her expertise and support. We highly recommend Cheryl for selling your property!
