Honestly, please go elsewhere with your hard earned money and time. Michael was terrible to work with and was completely out of line every time we spoke. It got to the point he refused to speak to me and only wanted to speak to my wife. First, he rushed the process to sign because he didn’t want to travel back out to the property since it was far from his office in Roseville, but also because he was taking a small vacation to Tahoe that weekend. Secondly, after signing the contract he wrote up, almost a month later upon paying for the second month of rent; he calculated the wrong prorated amount and was blaming my wife and I for sticking with the amount on the legal contract. Third, he NEVER returned phone calls or emails. Took weeks even a month sometimes to get a response. Lastly, he didn’t do the walk through for the return of our security deposit because “it was too out of the way from where he’s located and he’s too busy”. Luckily, the owners and I were in contact and have a great relationship so we mutually agreed to have their realtor do the walkthrough. After their realtor did the walkthrough and inspection, they gave the OK immediately to Michael to return our security deposit in FULL to us. Again, I put an emphasis on right away. Well we ended up getting the check in full (thankfully) after a month and one week. His reasoning “I’ve been too busy”. Long story short, DO NOT work with this man. It’ll save you a headache, time, and money.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I’m hoping I can save some people from the kind of experience I had. My family and I actually withdrew our approved application and found a home elsewhere because Michael’s services were so unprofessional and unpleasant. He seemed nice at first but became rude out of nowhere when I asked a question, and then spoke down to me on the phone for almost 10 mins straight, with some negative comments being quite personal. When I shared that his words felt disrespectful, he defended himself by saying he’s just doing his job and, “sorry if you don’t like it”. He was pompous & distasteful with his work. That being said, if you have other options, go that direction!

The manager Michael is intolerable. The rudest man I have ever dealt with. This company, with him in charge, is unprofessional. They don't return phone calls, they don't work with you when you have questions. He literally attacked my character when I asked a question. He refused to let us do the walk though with him and then gave us 10% of our Security Deposit back with no itemized statement. Paperwork said pet damage which there was none.

I agree with what most people are saying about Micheal. He is a terrible business man and human. We used to deal with Summer and she was amazing. She left the company and we got stuck with Michael. We have had nothing but unpleasantness since. If the company is anything like the employees they hire, run far far away, you will thank me in the end.

Michael is the most unprofessional realtor i have ever seen. He sets the showing time 12 PM, on a working day, and his reason to do so is that his office is in Roseville and it is challenging for him to show up in San Ramon any other time. Anyways, he showed up with NO MASK for a showing during the COVID-19 outbreak. He handed over a hardcopy of the application form (again during the COVID-19 outbreak). He asks for application fees to send by Fedex overnight, i paid $30 to send over a $30 check. He did not communicate that my wife should also apply, he clearly said you can apply individually or with your wife. After i applied, i called him 3 times to update him that i applied and if more info is required i can send them over. He did not pick up the phone, not a response! Anyways, after i applied, he says that i ran your credit report, which i am not sure if it is true, and then he realizes my wife needs to also apply, so he notifies me that she needs to do so. We are in the processing of sending her application, while he reviews other applications and approves one of them. I called him to discuss this and he hangs up the phone on me. 1- Why do you ask for application fees if you do not run credit reports, this is scam! Do you just collect the money? Maybe that is the reason you do not use online application services. 2- Why do you ask to apply when you do not want to review the application? 3- Are you living in the 19th century? do you still work with mailing system and personal checks for payments? Get yourself educated with some computer applications and online payment systems. What an unprofessional service!!!

Nothing like an overly arrogant, pompous, and rude manager. Michael clearly has no customer service skills. Absolutely ZERO professional communication or people skills. He has the hottest temper I've EVER encountered in property management / real estate and its been the worst experience working with him.

If you value your deposit, choose a different property management group. I was given a house with full trash cans, broken light switches, busted electrical outlets, cracked fixtures, a yard full of dying plants and weeds, leaks from the ac unit, and chipping sinks. I listed all of these discrepancies on the initial walkthrough and yet was charged for all of it on the way out. Lucky for them I didnt want to go back to deal with them in small claims court. Pretty ridiculous way of running a business, but hey you have been warned. Plus the only person who actually answers their phone is the maintenance director (who was always respectful and wondeful). There is too much more wrong with this place. If you have the time to deal with these issues, just document everything, take pictures, and expect to still be charged on the way out and have time to go to small claims court. What a shame.

Mike,the owner, is incredibly professional and manages his company superbly. He and his realtors return phone calls promptly and are extremely helpful!! Also, they be have, by far, the best rental prices I found in our search for a rental home!
