My experience with Griz was more than I can ever ask from! I felt very comfortable with her the entire experience and she was very patient with me as she explained each document I was unfamiliar with. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for her at this branch, making my process easy and seamless. You're amazing Griz!

If it could be zero stars it would be. Had an incident not too long ago with a teller failed to explain anything to be quite frank im not upset about that but the disrespect is something that I can’t excuse for any reason to be questioned what I’m going to do with my money in anyway is absolutely unacceptable. I ended up calling customer service to leave a complaint he handled it professionally no problems but then the branch manager at the Mooney location had given me a call. The amount of minimization and delusion, no accountability don’t understand how that position was handed to someone so incompetent not the only time I’ve had a bad experience with this branch manager. Would never recommend going to this branch at anytime for anything if you want good customer service it would be in your best interest to go to the Demeree branch they are the best in Visalia sometimes the line is long but the customer service makes up for it.

I am really disappointed regarding an ATM cash deposit on a Saturday. It shows on my account pending when my car payment is due on Sunday I don’t have access to pay it. This is pretty ridiculous. Because I always pay extra to the principal and it Has to be done on that day it due So I find this to be a big inconvenience Lesson learned

The people are helpful but their ATMs are terrible. It's a gamble putting an oversized check in one. One of mine just got eaten by the machine. That's the size of most checks!! The poor rating isn't for the people, it's for their poor quality tech!

I have had an account at EECU for over 20 years. My husband does not. We went in to cash our state income tax return and they refused to cash it because he doesn’t have an account. The supervisor was rude in attitude and did not try to work with us at all. She did not offer to deposit it with a hold til it cleared. Or ask for a second form of identification. Just told me no we can’t cash it because if it came back it would be on her. Why would a state check come back? I closed my account, and went across the street to my husband’s bank where I do not have an account. They asked for a second form of identification and wrote my driver’s license number on it and cashed it with no problem.

I really like eecu, there’s one big downside. If you have any issues over the weekend. There is no 24 hr number you can call to get your card unfrozen even if you go to the physical ATM and enter your pin. This is so dumb.

They did not make me aware you can not do bi weekly payments on your mortgage. This is where you pay the same amount but save in interest on your mortgage basically screwing you out of an additional mortgage payment every year on interest. There appears to let you set up bi weekly payments but does now take out of the account.

Remember to plan your day being a Customer Service Buisness not every Customer takes the same amount of time. We changed to EECU about 6 years ago after being with another local Bank for over 25 years that just kept going down hill. Have been very very happy with all we have been able to do with this Bank and the services they offer great employees too!
