A new 1608 sqft model is now available. Very large lots with very low mello roo and no HOA. Just a short drive to sacramento, Roseville and just outside of downtown where tons of community events take place

We enjoyed an informative tour with Jeanne. KB allows their homebuyer to choose many, many options to make each home different than the next which feels more like a custom home. Additionally, the options are reasonably priced. Another builder in town wanted $46,000 for cabinets which at KB will be $4,100 and optional appliances are less expensive than purchasing through a big box store.
