If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, Drew and his team at One Nest is the best choice. I was referred to Drew by a coworker, and they raved about how happy they were with the service they received when chose Drew to assist with buying and selling a home. After the initial consultation, it was clear that Drew is extremely knowledgeable and personable. As first time home buyers, we weren't familiar with the home buying process but Drew was always happy to answer any questions. Just closed the sale of our house today! Drew was outstanding to work with, and really went above and beyond.

Before we started working with Drew, we had already been trying to sell our home, and had experienced a lot of difficulty, despite the generally hot market and a reasonable asking pricing. Drew really nailed all of the basics, like great communication and always doing exactly what he would do, when he said he would do it. Where he really went over the top was through being extremely well organized, diligent, and up-to-date with current market trends and marketing strategies.

Right from the beginning, Drew put skin in the game by investing his own money in marketing the property. I took that as a huge vote of confidence in our house and his own confidence in getting it sold (remember, we had been trying to sell it previously without results).

One thing I particularly appreciated was that Drew always followed up diligently with every agent who showed the house, and recorded detailed notes of all feedback. Even before we put the house on the market, he had an idea of how many showings we should expect, and a plan for how we would respond to the feedback as it came in and adjust course if necessary. I found this approach very helpful while waiting for the right buyer, because it became clear from his notes that the potential buyers who turned it down, did so because of some fundamental quality of the neighborhood or home that we couldn't change, and not because of the price. I know it was a lot of work for Drew to collect all of this feedback from agents who have no obligation to provide it, but his efforts prevented us from making unnecessary price reductions. Just as importantly, the constant flow of information put us at ease. I really can't stress how important it is to know what is going on in the minds of the people seeing your house. It makes the difference between stressing out, constantly wondering why it hasn't sold yet, and knowing with confidence that you have done all you can, and that it's just a matter of time before the right buyer comes along.

I also appreciated that he took the time to really understand some unique aspects of our house, such as a solar power lease. This is a contract that is somewhat scary to buyers, because they are required to take it over, and it isn't the easiest thing to understand. He created a graph showing the savings over time, and helped coach buyers and their agents through understanding the system and the contract.

All in all, Drew and his company are just really easy to work with and great at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone selling their home in the area. Thank you!

Drew did an amazing job finding us a house in California from out of state. We had to take care of 95% of everything via phone and email with Drew. He was extremely prompt and polite with communication and was great about resolving any issues we were having with anything else. My husband flew out to California to view home with Drew and Drew seemed to ask all the right questions and was not pushy with us. We were able to close on the house VERY quickly and Drew still keeps in touch to make sure we are settling in okay and to check and see if we need anything. He was even kind enough to get a house warming gift and even just sent us a table top live tree for the holidays. He did everything he could to try to make our transiting as seamless as possible. Every question we had, he got an answer for. I would highly recommend Drew as a realtor.
