I wish my excellent driving past was more recognized by this co I have not gotten one ticket in over 20 years and the only accident ive had was a hit and run and my rates have continued to go up they do they’re job but i feel unrecognized for my faultless driving record.

I was recently in an accident and Allstate took complete care of everything. The agents over the phone were very sensitive to my situation and showed sincere concern. They were very fast to process everything as well...they got me a tow truck and had the car rental all set for me very quickly. Your definitely in good hands with Allstate:)
