If you want an agency that will actually respond to your requests & has your best interests at heart. You have finally found the right place. My old carrier agency would never respond to calls or requests for policy reviews to save money.
Given everything going on with Homeowners rates in California, I wasn’t surprised they weren’t able to write mine. But, they still set me up with policies for our 3 cars and even bundled in a life policy for my partner so we could get the best discounts and value for our plan.
AND… what I really really liked about this office, is that you when you call you can actually speak to an agent who knows what they’re talking about!
Shoutout to Willy! He’s has super helpful.

I have been with Ryan now for many years as my insurancer and am so I incredibly sad to have to cancel my policy. Never before have I been to an insurance office where they are so kind, communicative, professional, and fast. Over the years I spoke with Ryan directly, Carlos, and most recently have had an amazing experience with Willy. Every experience with them is absolutely incredible they offer the best customer service and are always extremely efficient and save me the most money possible. This team has seen me through multiple moves, big life changes, and through multiple cars. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for insurance in the Monterey County area! I have to cancel due to reasons beyond their control, and wish I didn't . This team truly will always go to bat for you to Ryan and his team I appreciate you all so much!

This agency is not like any agency we’ve been with. They are very helpful, actually respond unlike the previous agency we had, and they will guide you every step of the way. I recently got in an accident ( my first ever). Did not really know the process of how things work. Willie was very helpful and gives me updates regarding my claim. Coming to the Seaside State Farm agency I was not expecting much, for I have had my fair share of bad past experiences with other insurance agencies. I can honestly say my experience with the Seaside State Farm agency was so much more and went beyond my expectations. First of their staff is very professional, helpful and welcoming. I got the honor to be assisted till this day by Alfonso. I am super thankful for him and the passion he puts into his work. He’s amazing and very professional.
