Telephoned Chuck about a letter from corporate headquarters apparently that my next year‘s homeowners policy would be canceled. He immediately had his office “” Solidad““ get on it. Within a week my policy is back on board. Can’t thank them enough for their promptness and thoroughness.

I originally started with their office with my friend, Pam Reeves, who unfortunately passed away in 2015. That's when Soledad took over my account. She has continued the extremely efficient service with all my needs, all the while being very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions I have.
