I have rented from Advance Investments for the last 16 months and had a wonderful experience. My application process was efficient and courteous and the team was very communicative during move-in. I haven't had any problems while living at their property. Every time I've had a minor issue (some rain leakage, washing machine stuck, etc.) they have been extremely quick to respond and rectify the situation. I have appreciate their clear communication, helpfulness, and the high quality in which my apartment unit was updated prior to move-in. I'd be lucky to rent from them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate! Only moving to a different apartment because it was a better fit for my current needs, but will sincerely miss my current apartment and Advance Investments.

Communication was quick. The whole process is fast. The transition is good so far. The interior was clean when we arrived. Very little we needed to do to start the move in process. The paperwork may be extensive but it is in every bodies best interest to take the time to make sure everyone is on the same page. looking forward to finish moving.

The worst experience. We needed to move to a more spacious house, they said that the review would take 2 days. In the end, it took them more than a week, the requirement to connect your bank account to "Nova Credit", I have my own small cargo transportation business. The income is more than sufficient, I am not going to connect my business account to your ridiculous organization, this is the first, the second is that you will never get through to them, all messages are by mail. They want to dictate their rules to you, and when they find out that you have money, they ask you to pay for housing for 6 months in advance, seriously? Maybe you should also buy a phone so that you pick it up when they call you. They are wasting time and nerves, fooling you! I confirmed my income with the help of the company that pays for my services, but in the end they wrote a refusal "could not confirm income", poor company, I do not recommend it.
