Extremely disappointed with this insurance company and its handling of claims. One of their insured truck drivers caused damage to my brand new vehicle, and after three weeks, the issue remains unresolved. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone and email, I have received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional. If you are ever involved in an accident with one of their insured drivers, be aware that you may face significant delays and frustration in getting the situation addressed.

I have been using United Agencies Insurance for over 16 years now and they are extremely professional. I have been approached by many companies trying to get our business over the years, but have politely turned them down. It is hard to change to another company when Jeff Ramirez and the rest of the team take care of you like family. Jeff has always gone out of his way to make sure I have the most competitive rates with reliable and credible companies for all our insurance needs. I would highly recommend them. You can't go wrong with Jeff and his trustfulness, dedication and high level of customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with United Agencies. My agent S. Madero was very knowledgeable in the business, extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, very patient, thoroughly efficient, professional and trustworthy. I switched from a company that I had been with for over 30 years. I didn't feel pressured or fast-talked by Ms. Madero. She's a breath of fresh air and it was a pleasure doing business with her. The rates are competitive and affordable and I am happy with my decision to do business with United Agencies.

I have worked with United Agencies for decades. From auto, life, house, and business insurance they have done a great job. Jeff G. wrote my wife and I life insurance policies over 20 years ago, and 4 years ago Chris S. wrote life insurance policies for our business. I can't thank Chris and Ivonne enough for the time they put into helping us get the life insurances right for our business. Last year we then had them setup health insurance for our small business. When we had issues when communicating with Blue Cross, but Chris was there to help straight out our issues with Blue Cross. UA will be there when you need them. I highly recommend them especially the Chris S. and Ivonne M. team!

I have had my auto insurance policy with Mercury Insurance for many years and they have always been a reliable & professional company to work with. It is especially nice to know that they are there for their customers during these difficult times as well. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was a nice surprise to find out personally from my insurance agent, Sofia Madero that I would be receiving a discount in order to assist their customers during these uncertain times. This agency and there workers are great. My dad is an older gentleman and the workers there really helped them out to get a good insurance rate for his truck.
