Justin is an awesome dude! My wife and I are first-time buyers and homeowners. From our first conversation, Justin made us feel completely comfortable, with him, with our finances, home search criteria, and the process. He made sure we were comfortable contacting him with any and all questions and concerns, at any time, about anything, and his answers always made us feel ten times more confident. We ultimately saw over 40 homes, but because of Justin we were never discouraged and after a remarkably stress-free purchase are now loving life in our Burbank dream home. We cannot recommend him enough.

I knew Justin as the guy on the Ralph’s shopping carts. He lives up to his ad, funny and professional… and much more. He was also a teacher, he created these great video explaining the process for first time home buyers. He was also patient, never ever pushing us toward a purchase EVER. He knows Burbank so well he’s involved with the local schools as a parent, knows the pros and cons of every block. After closing, he has remained a generous presence offering assistance in making sure any repairs and modifications are done hassle free. Long story short he’s a really good guy.

I have to say, I was exceedingly fortunate to have Justin hold my hand through the search for and purchase of my 1st ever house. As I know to be common among 1st-time buyers, I was completely clueless as to (and generally overwhelmed by) the process, while still being challengingly picky despite the difficulties of the LA housing market. Throughout it all, Justin demonstrated patience and a sense of humor. His insights into market forces and his experience with construction/renovation (in addition to his ability to talk me down from the occasional freakout) were invaluable.
