We cannot say enough good things about Eric Benz. He helped us purchase and sell our home in Burbank. He always makes you feel like a priority.He responds quickly and never makes you feel like a nuisance. He is super knowledgeable about both Burbank, the market climate and basic around-the-house handyman stuff. We had to have work done in order to sell and our gas and hot water went out. He was over in minutes, replacing a fuse. He has seen it all. I'm telling you, this is the kind of agent you dream about. 5 stars all the way.

Shelly goes above and beyond to get the best for her clients. To sell my house, she contacted other agents selling homes nearby as part of her market research. Most other agents just looked at advertised list prices. When it came time for open house, she did additional cleaning and staging. Then she took photos and the house looked awesome!
It's sold in 10 days for $40,000 above asking price. Everything was so easy... Except maybe for some City rules about water conservation.
