We lived at our La Crescenta/Glendale home for 26+ years. We raised two daughters, three cats, and one dog throughout these years. Also, we accumulated a lot of clutter during our travels and antiquing hobby. Upon retirement, we decided to move closer to our children and to our first expected grandchild in a different city and to downsize. In the beginning, the mere idea of putting our home on the market seemed like an impossible and a stressful task. During our first meeting with Mr. Martin who was recommended to us by another satisfied customer, he put our concerns to rest. He advised us to just take what we wanted to keep from the house and he will take care of the rest. As simple as that. And he did! In a short time, we packed what we wanted to keep. He sent a crew to help us carry our items to a moving truck, the crew cleaned our clutter truck after truck. Mr. Martin sent other crews to get the house painted, carpets changed and to complete some needed minor repairs. After that, he arranged to have the house deep cleaned. The costs for all these improvements were fair and were completed in a timely manner. Our home was on the market in rather a short time and was sold fairly quickly as well. Mr Martin is an excellent re agent, is very professional and friendly at the same time. We recommend his professional services to anyone who wants to conduct a swift, a fair and a professional real estate transaction. Highly recommended.
