Phil is such a great guide during the home-buying process. We were first time home buyers, trying to navigate an insane Los Angeles housing market. Phil never pushed us to go beyond our comfort zone, but talked us through the risks when we needed to think outside the box for our offers.

He was very knowledgable and savvy, we could always tell he had our best interests at heart and genuinely cared about getting us into the home we wanted.
