I set up an account with Lockheed Credit Union back in 1985 and have been a member ever since. Now Logix but the same great service. I live in Thousand Palms so have no need to go into the branch anymore. However, when I did live in the Valley my visits to the branch were always pleasant. Any issues I have had with my accounts have been easily handled over the phone or online. Their website is very simple to navigate and all in all, I am pleased with being a customer of Logix.

I enrolled with logix in June 2012 and recently closed all of my business with them. In that time, logix membership benefits have been significantly reduced while other larger banks have increased benefits. Today, a checking account with discover has lower fees and better service. I probably would have stayed if they hadn't closed down their points program. Discover gives me rewards points for checking. logix used to do the same, but their focus has shifted away from the customer in the last decade. I can't recommend them and I'm happy to be out of their ecosystem entirely.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever seen in im life ! The do go based on your nationality if your last name end with YAN they decline your application! This bank is doing discrimination and giving false information ! I am having my legal team to handle this issue ! Stay away from this bank and all the back office employees are terrible and have 0 knolage ! I wish I could give 0 star

In my opinion there was Corrupt former upper management. Just gets worse. Car salesman have more ethics. Use to be a fantastic organization way back when.

I was originally customer of Pasadena brunch and have amazing customer service so far! But unfortunately I can not say same things for Burbank location today I quick stop and ask about my car loan payoff amount and some other information, first person who does check in I believe her name was Tiffany and she was not welcome at all and she forwarded to me teller which teller was ok( Not great but better then Tiffany) then she forward me back again her and I back and ask her question she was so irritated! She didn’t tell me anything but Literally you can tell her voice and body language that she is super dislike her job! I would definitely recommend manager that take minute and please go through your customer service experience with Customer

This new location stinks, it’s so hard to find parking. I came here on a Sunday evening 8pm to make a deposit and all the logix parking was taken probably from the restaurant.
