I've been with Premier for almost a year now and I'm glad. The customer service is amazing and the building is never crowded. Alex helped me sort out an issue with the app and debit card in about 20 minutes or so which was a huge relief because I spent a couple weeks trying to figure it out myself lol.

Used their ATM to withdraw $400, only got $360. When I went inside they told me I'd have to take it up with my Credit Union as I wasn't a member there. I can't honestly say their customer service is the best and I won't be going back.

Offensive and extremely invasive in private lives. I deposited 2000 cash in a month, and the manager called questioning where all my cash came from citing "COVID-19." Total nonsense. I laughed at it and asked their Risk Management group to get in touch with me. In my honest opinion they are bored from COVID-19 and intentionally harass their customers to keep their jobs. Avoid them at all costs.
