"I had a disappointing experience with Starpoint Properties. The communication was poor, and I found their customer service to be unresponsive when I needed assistance. Despite promising timely maintenance, repairs were delayed for weeks, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, the property was not as advertised, with several issues that weren’t disclosed upfront. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others."

I wish I could give a zero. The tenant application process was extremely long and embarrassingly unprofessional. So digusted by my experience just trying to rent from this, that I have told anyone I talk to about rental companies to never even apply. This was actually such a disturbing experience that I would have needed my resources to check verbiage of what documents I would be signing.

We are long term tenants of StarPoint in Beverly Hills and we are very pleased with their service and the quality of building. We have gotten to know the friendly staff very well over our tenure here and we appreciate their attentiveness. The building itself has gone through a numbers of renovations/upgrades over the years and it looks wonderful. We continue to be very happy in our space.

I've been renting from the Starpoint properties as a business owner in the Beverly Hills area for almost a year now, and I enjoy the building and the management does everything they can to make our experience great. We had a large office space that they helped build out for us, and they delivered us a state of the art office space that is absolutely amazing. They take pride in their properties and everyone that comes and visits us comments on the how nice the building is and how well done our office is. They are also very easy to deal with and incredibly responsive to our needs. I'm very happy I made the move from my other office space to come here.

Beverly Hills Clock Tower
I have been extremely impressed with this building. I moved my medical practice from Cedars to this building about 2.5 years ago. Definitely one of the best decisions of my life. From the moment I entered the building, I was struck by the sleek, modern design and the attention to detail in the lobby area. The common areas are always impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional.
The building is conveniently located in the heart of Beverly Hills. There is ample parking available for both patients and staff, which is a rarity in this city.
The medical office space itself is well-designed and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The building's management team (especially Michael Farahnik) has been extremely responsive to any concerns or requests we've had, and they work hard to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the building.
Overall, I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for an amazing medical office space. It has exceeded my expectations in every way and has been a wonderful home for my practice. 🙂
