My experience with 1620 was very pleasant. First time homebuyer and newly wed at time of purchase, we looked at numerous homes put in offer after offer on homes along with multiple inspections. All across the Jefferson county AL area, Jerica remained honest open, gave very great advice on some homes my wife and I hadn’t taken into consideration. I’m very thank for the background Jerica has bc it ultimately saved us from making a bad purchase that we were locked in on. I really couldn’t ask for a better purchase experience. Jerica was very easy to contact (pretty much anytime), personable, very open and knowledgeable about homes and the market.
