Highly recommend without reservation. Craft CPA team has been our CPA for 5 years, they do everything for us. ( payroll, monthly P& L, all tax deposits, all tax returns, etc. The entire team is excellent, attentive, professional, and a joy to work with.

A friend of mine got a bad experience for this accounting firm. they lie to their customers, OVER CHARGE, and are not transparent with billing.

The main CPA John, doens't even speak to you until he wants to charge you thousands over the agreed upon ammount.

Quoted $1,200; got billed $3k+ for minor edits. 🤬 No consent!

Pushed a "pay all bills" contract before invoicing. 🤔 Threatened court. 🚫

1 Google review in 20 yrs? 🚩 Deleting bad ones?

$3k is 80 hrs of my hard work; they claim it's 6 hrs of theirs. 🤯 Predatory. ❌

Please take time to find another CPA option that doesn't include hidden fees with inflated prices above agreed upon amounts. 2 thumbs down! Shop around for a reputable tax company.
