This is the worst insurance I've ever had they lie to you when you get insurance through them they don't tell you that full coverage doesn't cover everything and if you have a accident they won't pay your vehicle off their full coverage is no better than liability.you pay more and

Calling as a contractor and project manager to assist an elderly homeowner with following up on his claim. it's been a month without so much as a phone call. i call the office and get told they are tired of contractors calling, would not send me to the adjusters VM to leave a message and proceeded to be condescending. I understand that wynne got hit hard. I'm just trying to help and don't need the attitude from someone that is supposed to be there to help. Said they aren't dealing with us at all and dont have too

I bought a house at a great price, for 94,000 the price was great only because it needed a lot of work. Mainly interior work. I use this company to insure my house. After the house was completely renovated, I later found out i was only insured for 97,000. i raised my concern to this company and was told that the roof was an issue. First of the supposedly office manager is very rude and unchecked by Mr. Lawson. Terry will cut you off while youre talking and also get loud with you. Thats been my experience at least. I eventually got Mr. Lawson on the phone who said he would could do and call me back, well i never received that call and after I got Mr. Lawson on the phone basically called me a liar about me not staying in the home(go figure that) which was being renovated at the time..

I understand the roof being an issue, it was missing a few shingles but to tell me my house would only be insured for 125,000 with a brand new roof was laughable, esp when my neighbor sold his house for 167,000.

I guess Mr. Lawson thought I was trying to do some sort of insurance scam or something. I would advise any new customer to be very aware of Terry's (office manager) attitude and some of this company"s practices. If something were to happen to my house I would be totally underwater, due to the money spent on renovations... thats crazy. Again this is my experience with this company.

Horrible insurance agent does nothing you ask him to do very rude person. He came to my house was horribly rude to me! told me he was going to cancel my insurance which he can’t do so. I already contact the insurance commissioner to file a complaint against him as a agent. Luckily I have witnesses that heard how he talked to me in my yard! He has no business writing insurance! Please people find your insurance elsewhere so you don’t get treated the way he treated me!
