I know practically nothing about taxes so having a phenomenal team that Laura Hanlon has put together really puts my mind at ease around tax season. Laura and her team have provided outstanding tax preparation services to me and my wife since 2019. As a retired USAF officer, her team has had to handle our multi-state income taxes and out of state municipal income taxes, which they handled expertly. Her team was able to complete intricate tax problems, such as relocation deductions, home upgrade deductions, and resolve income taxes from multiple income sources. Laura expertly handled my family’s Roth and traditional IRA income taxes, military retirement taxes, normal income taxes, and investment taxes.

If you are even slightly tech savvy, filing with her company is easy with the app that they use. When your tax documents arrive, just snap a picture and upload the documents. No need to run to the office. The software reminds you which documents you need and keeps you apprised of the status of the return.

The most undependable fabricated professional I have ever had the experience of dealing with. If it is important to maintain current and accurate tax returns, I would recommend a different actual professional firm other than Hanlon. A CPA should be a reliable professional individual and this firm is not in that category. I should have used a different firm for our company's corporate tax return. This firm waited until it was too late to make any decisions in reference to my tax returns to inform me that they could not do the taxes. I didnt have the opportunity to make any decisions with the company tax return before the extended deadline. They waited until AFTER the deadline to let me know that they couldnt do them. I should sue for damages.
If I could select "no stars" I would do so.

My experience with Laura Hanlon's services was superb. Her assistance Jamie was professional, knowledgeable, and answer all our questions in a timely manner. She handle our case as priority and in confident as though we were her only clients. She returned our calls, answered our emails, and responded to our texts. They handle my tax preparation with A1 service and kept me informed on the things I needed and the deadlines for those items. We reviewed my taxes in details and explanations were provided when I did not understand. Jamie is a five star employee. I recommend there services to others anyday. We are new to the Conway area. In 2016, I transferred from Michigan to Arkansas. We hired Laura prepare our 2016 taxes. Despite all of the extras (moving expenses, out of state rental property, etc) Laura met with us at a time that worked best with our busy schedules. She was very professional and thorough when reviewing everything we had to claim. In about a week, the tax forms were prepared and e-filed for us. Smooth process and we will continue to go there to complete our taxes!
