When we were looking for an agent to list our home with I shopped around a little. What impressed me was how confident Carmen was about the services they had to offer and what set them apart from other listing agents in the area. I also liked what I saw on their websites and how current they were with everything. I felt like we would have the exposure we wanted on social media. The listing they made and posted on our home was amazing and almost made me not want to move it looked so nice! Professional all the way with Hale Real Estate.
From there everything was as promised and although there were some bumps with the title work and survey Carmen did her best to make sure that we didn't have the stress of getting it straightened out. She was patient with my questions. I have recommended her since then and others in our family always use her.

Carmen was amazing to work with. When we listed our house, she was very patient to explain everything that we needed to do in order to sell our house faster. We sold it to the first person who looked at it!! Then the hunt was on to find us a house. Carmen must have shown us 30 houses! She was so very patient. She took everything into consideration that we wanted in a house. She helped us negotiate the details of the contract. If we ever go through this process again, Carmen will be our first choice!!
