We paid the agent for a policy but recently found out they did not forward the premium money to the carrier when we started getting collection notices from them. We tried communicating with them but were told their accounting department was a mess and then they ghosted us. We are filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services.

If Bernie Madoff had an insurance company this would be it. Criminally run operation. They send no warnings of expiring insurance and once your insurance expires they call to let you know it expired and because you are no longer currently enrolled it will now cost double to get you reenrolled. This has happened to multiple people I know who have used them. No mail, emails, or phone calls. They did this on both our renters insurance and auto insurance. Customer service was horrific from the start of us working together. Stay away.

Called to insure 2 rental properties and of course went to voicemail. Never received a call back. I don't feel I need to chase people for my business and I need an agent that will be there when I need call them. I found another agent who actually answers the phone and followed through. That's what I need in an agent.

Called initially for a quote. I was told I would receive email by the following Monday. I waited until Thursday and called them . I informed them no email and I was told gentleman would call me back. No return call. I called 2more times. Well, that said a lot. No thank you.

Not good people here AT ALL. Liars don't trust them!!! They put us in a "binding contract" because of an email even though we never actually signed a contract with them and went with another company. They then sent us to collections for non payment even though we decided NOT TO GO WITH THEM!!! We called because surely there was a mistake and they were just downright nasty over the phone. They tried to make us sign a cancellation agreement and they would possibly make this go away. Why in the world would we sign a cancellation agreement if we NEVER ACTUALLY SIGNED A CONTRACT TO BEGIN WITH?! What exactly do we need to cancel?! Go ANYWHERE but here!!!!

Tried to get a quote they tool all my information and asked me to send them a few documents. Said it would take a week or 2 for a heavy auto policy quote. After 2 weeks I called the agent 3 times and sent 4 emails with no response. I guess they didn't want our business and didn't have the descency to respond.

Use caution, They do not get your authorization to enroll you in a group Healthcare plan and will do a payroll deduction. Regardless if you can afford it or not.
