Took grandson to ER approximately 6-6:30 pm 8/20/24 for cut above eye. Check in person was humorous and quick. Entire process was quick! In and out in approximately 30 minutes!

I don't know if I should go back anymore. Since January I have been having troubles with my TMJ muscles on the right side of my face that caused pain due to wearing dentures that was too big for my mouth ( new dentures are in work now that will fit my mouth correctly). Everytime I went in recently, since January, for pain they keep diagnosing me wrong , prescribing the wrong medications for me considering I live with anxiety, and those medications they prescribed entices my anxiety or make me sick and not fix the problem. At first when I went there ( back in 2022) they helped with my anxiety, now I go in for other problems they don't seem to care to take that into consideration and plus don't listen to me and just assume another problem that I am clearly not having. So I'm not so sure if I should go back, and seeking other help elsewhere that will help with my TMJ problem I am still having.

Visited with one of their DOs and was told I would be referred to a specialist for a follow up. The DO's nurse called me the next day and schedule the appointment with the specialist in Conway. I took a half a day off of work to make it to that appointment, and the specialist had no record of my referral so they could not see me. This clinic failed to accurately convey information and in doing so I wasted a half of a day at work and drove to Conway for no reason. Their follow up is to just try to schedule another appointment in Conway but at this point I've lost confidence that they can competently manage their patients.

If I could give NO STARS I would!!
They were soooooo disrespectful to my sister my mom and myself..took mom in cause she was soooo sick they didn't ck her for covid,flu, just did lab ( white count was extremely high) and chest xray then sent her home!!
She became worse in the morning, so we took her to Conway and oh guess what she has covid on top of the pneumonia she had!!
GRRRR they didn't even ck her..
Wouldn't listen to my sister or myself about OUR mom did nothing and sent her home !!
Dogs have been better off going to the vet !!

I was there September 3rd thru Tuesday September 8th, diagnosed with a pretty serious condition, the nursing staff was WONDERFUL to say the least!!! Never had even heard of 'Dardanelle Regional Medical Center' just happened to be in that area that day an an pretty major medical emergency hit me completely unexpectedly. The Dr.'s there were all also VERY good!!! Could not ask for better medical treatment!!!!!!!

Went to this place for medical care and was spoken to very rudely. When I finally got in to see the doctor are they talked about was my sugar being to high. Mind you I am not a diabetic. I went in with shoulder pain. Now I have no use what so ever with my arm and I have to find yet another doctor because they tell me nothing is wrong with my arm
