Short & Sweet Version Yes, just call Armstrong & Sons HVAC & Gas. You won’t be disappointed. Long Version Evan came out as a second opinion after I’d been struggling for over a week to get my furnace fixed. The first company that checked my heating system barely looked at it for 20 minutes and said it needed to be replaced, which didn’t seem right. After insisting for a second opinion, Evan from Armstrong & Sons HVAC & Gas was sent to help. I checked reviews online before the appointment and found only positive feedback, so I felt comfortable having Evan come out. He arrived on time and spent over an hour carefully inspecting my furnace. He let me watch what he was doing, explained things clearly, and even made the experience light-hearted with a few jokes. Evan took apart the lower part of the furnace, found the blower motor was the issue, and cleaned up some messy wiring while making sure everything else looked good. Evan said he’d order the blower motor and come back as soon as possible once it was approved. As soon as the part was ready, he came back—even though it was a late appointment and he could have rescheduled. He worked until late at night to get my heat running, then drove home over an hour away. I really appreciated the extra effort. The next day, he returned to fix some incorrect wiring left behind by the previous company on my circuit board and thermostat, which he didn’t have to do, but wanted to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Evan truly went above and beyond. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and cares about keeping your home comfortable no matter the weather. I highly recommend this company for furnace repairs.

We met with a technician a couple months ago for a quote on a new furnace. He made a fantastic first impression! Today, Jay, Todd, and Evan arrived bright and early to install our new furnace. The whole experience was excellent! There were no bothersome sales calls while we decided whether to repair or replace our furnace. Jay, Todd, and Evan were cheerful, and they worked diligently in our chilly home to replace the furnace. The only sounds we heard were them joking around, which was delightful. They treated our home with great care. We will definitely be loyal customers from now on!

Evan is absolutely fantastic! My furnace stopped working during a heatwave, and I was really worried about the rising temperatures in my home. I called on a Tuesday afternoon after a long day at work, and the house was already getting too warm. Evan guided me through some troubleshooting steps for the thermostat, but unfortunately, that didn’t work. He then asked if I could be flexible with appointment times, and I was thrilled to hear he could come the very next day! I completely trust Evan; I would even leave my home unlocked for him! I had a fantastic experience with Armstrong & Sons HVAC & Gas. They are super reliable, knowledgeable, and use great technology. They won’t stop working until the job is done to your satisfaction and are very quick to address any issues. They kept my two heat pumps running smoothly for over 30 years before I decided it was time to upgrade. This team really knows their stuff and takes pride in their work. They could improve communication a bit via email, but overall, I am very satisfied with their service throughout the years and appreciate the friendly front office.

I had a great experience with a heater issue recently. The technician arrived on the scheduled day and thoroughly checked the system. He found the filter was clean and turned on the heater while he was in the maintenance attic. After that, he came down and showed me how to do maintenance in the garage, just like he did in the attic. It was as simple as flipping the power switch to get the furnace working again, providing heat both upstairs and downstairs. The lesson was quick and easy, and now the system is running smoothly, with the thermostat also performing better. I highly recommend Armstrong & Sons HVAC & Gas!
