My dealings have primarily been with Noel Aspiras and I’m pleased to say he has been an awesome, professional, honest and Thorough person to deal with. I have enjoyed my space here and have had minimal issues during my time here . When anything arises that needs attention, Noel has quickly responded and Remedied the issue.

From the first day I contacted Noel in regards to purchasing a lot in Woodland Ridge in Palmer, Alaska, it is been a great experience, a true joy working with Noel. He has been very receptive to text messages and phone calls regarding various issues I encountered during the build process of my house. (Ex: needing MEA to expedite temporary power to the lot for the contractor to use, getting Dirtworks to keep the streets clear when snow started falling and they were not responding in a timely manner, etc.). Noel is a true asset Eklutna! If I did the process all over again, Noel is the person I would want to work with.

The team is friendly and helpful. Know that many areas where folks hike and recreate in Eagle River/Chugiak/Butte are actually Eklutna Inc. lands. They are working to develop their permitting system and make it easier for people to use. There are permits for individuals, families and businesses and you can buy passes for the day or year.
