Brooke Stiltner and Lynette Ball have done a marvelous job managing our rental property in Eagle River. They have provided us with exceptional service and tenants for 10 years. I would personally reccommend this real estate agency if you are seeking a property manager or to rent a home. As a military family we have dealt with other mgmt companies in the lower 48 and everytime we wished we could have cloned Brooke and Lynnette and had their services instead.

If anyone is moving to Anchorage, AK or the general area our realtor Brooke Stiltner was awesome! She was recommended to us by her property manager Lynette and they both worked with us mostly over email and phone to narrow down what we wanted. We then spent ONE day looking at houses, with each house she gauged our reactions and from there guided us closer to our dream home until we found our PERFECT home. I seriously never thought we’d get it done in one day and we’d planned for 3 days of looking at homes. Brooke then handled everything from helping us find a local lender to suggestions on other aspects. She is an endless source of resources.

*She then went above and beyond and stood in a parking lot while we signed the closing documents (title company wouldn’t let us enter the building because of COVID restrictions) even as it began to sprinkle rain...all while making jokes and keeping a good attitude. Definitely recommend Brooke. She knows military, she knows the area, and within a few minutes to hours...she’ll know you.
