I have used them for years, but last year it took me 6 months of baking, texting and emailing them to find out what's was going on with my refund, i never hit a response so i finally drive up there! As of right now I am dealing with the same thing again and I can't even look up or track my refund because i was not told my exact amount of my refund! I have called NUMEROUS times and texted Maggie NUMEROUS times and sent emails, i still haven't received not one response! I'm highly upset and not understanding this because I've used odis for about 8 or more years now!

Hate to give this review because we have used Odis and Maggie for a long time but they have made errors on our taxes in which the state gave a dead line to have corrected. I was assured more than once by Maggie they would have this done. However they did not and now will not respond to emails or phone calls. Which has always been an issue. But now won't respond at all.
