Jacqueline at the front desk is rude, and incompetent. She should not work in a field that requires her to interact with people as she does not seem to have the capacity to handle it.

I walked in after receiving a call the day before that my title had arrived and that I could come get my Florida plates. As soon as I entered the building she was already arguing with a different client.

After waiting in line I got up to the window and she said “what do you need” rudely, I told her I received a call that my title was here and needed to get my plates. She snapped at me “WE TOLD YOU ITS HERE?” and I repeated myself again. She snatched my ID out of my hand, told the person behind me she’d be right with them, walked out back for 30 seconds with my ID and then told me it wasn’t here and that a supervisor confirmed that it wasn’t here and to come back a different day. I told her that was incorrect and that I received a voicemail the day before and tried to explain to her who called me and what they said, she interrupted me, rolled her eyes and made a dismissive hand gesture and told me to sit down and wait for someone else, said nothing else for 40 minutes. Everyone who walked in after me was simply handed a ticket and helped, so I asked her why I was being treated that way and why she was refusing to help me. She replied and asked
“Are you okay?” in a sarcastic and condescending way.

The supervisor came out a few minutes later and found my title in literally under 30 seconds and apologized for Jacqueline’s behavior and inability to do her job, but this was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had somewhere

I have never experienced a government agency that is so efficient and proactive in providing service and working closely with customers to ensure a timely and positive outcome. I worked with several staff and each one was so polite, helpful and even energetic! Kudos to the DMV office on CR-466A!!!!

Went here for a simple tag/vehicle transfer. The lady at station 5 that served us seemed to be pre occupied with leaving rather than providing us with customer service and assistance. At first she was mad because apparently we hit the wrong button on check in kiosk. Then I had a few questions about our title, again she seemed upset that I didnt know exactly what I needed to do. I apologized, I dont work at a tag agency, I don't know the appropriate steps, she seemed bothered the entire time we were there because I couldn't do her job. We got up and left rather than be spoke down to and be served with rude gestures. I will be getting served by Bob Mckee for now on.

I have been coming to this location for 5 years. All the people working here are helpful, very pleasant and fast. There is never a very long waiting time.

Some of the rudest front desk people. They sure know how to make you feel stupid for something you’ve never had to do before. Try to understand we don’t do this for a living
