Stopped by to get my tire pressure checked before a road trip. I was warmly greeted by his fine gentleman who expertly guided me into the bay, politely asked if he could look inside the door and proceeded to service my tires quickly and with a smile. I can put air in my own tires, but why would I when the folks at NTB are so helpful?

Great place if you need any service done on your tire or new tires. My car had a brand new tire with a nail in it that I took to another place and they did not want to repair it and charge me $400 for a new tire, But I took it to NTB They fixed the tire and give me a discount did not have to pay $400 for a new car tire.

This location really earned me as a return customer. The people that work here are amazing. Very rarely is the guy behind the counter the one who works on my car and NEVER have I had one service the air in my tires just to send me off without it as a worry. I’ve had my fair share of dealings with NTB before at a different location. I will say this the leesburg location is by far the best service that I’ve gotten in a long time. I went in for a break job today. Was very pleased with the work and the service I received from Mark was outstanding , he made sure that I got the best service. I would say I would absolutely be coming back for sure to get the other work done on my car that is needed.

Horrible Experience at NTB Leesburg, VA – Dishonest Owner and Extortion Tactics

I had an extremely negative experience at the NTB location in Leesburg, VA. I came in for a flat tire and agreed on a set price for two new tires, road force balancing, alignment, and brake service. I even took a photo of their system showing the agreed price.

When I returned a few days later because the brakes were still not working properly, they ignored my complaint. After the new tires were installed, the store’s owner, Mark, tried to charge me more than what we had agreed on. When I showed him the proof (a photo of his own pricing screen), he refused to return my car keys unless I paid the extra amount.

When I said I would report him, Mark arrogantly said “Go ahead, complain wherever you want,” and told me never to come back. He was disrespectful, rude, and clearly only interested in taking more money from people’s pockets. Only after several complaints did he mention the brake fluid issue, which he never brought up before. This is dishonest and predatory behavior.

I strongly urge others to avoid this place. I am filing a formal complaint with NTB Corporate.
