I paid a lot of money for my king size mattres & box springs but they delivered the wrong box springs & they won't answer my calls. When I call it says they are busy & leave a message & they will return my call. I have done this so many times & they will not return my call. With the king size mattress I bought I was supposed to get 2 XL TWIN BOX SPRINGS BUT THEY BROUGHT 2 TWIN SIZE BOX SPRINGS ( WHICH IS 6 INCHES TO SHORT ) AND MY MATTRESS HANGS OVER THE HEAD & FOOT OF THE BOXSPRINGS. I'LL PUT SOME PICTURES ON HERE TO SHOW YOU. I HOPE MR. MATTRESS READS THIS & GETS IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP.

My wife and I recently purchased a new bed/mattress from Mr. Mattress in Dothan. From the moment that we entered the showroom, Tonya was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to our needs and explained the options and mattresses that most closely fit our needs. She was patient and did not rush or push us towards anything. I highly recommend Tonya Metcalf to help you with your bedding needs! She was awesome!

Mr John was awesome. He was very informative, and he listened to our needs. He was not pushy just trying to make a sale. We had planned on shopping around but ended up buying our mattress from Mr John. Highly recommend Mr Mattress and talk to Mr John.

We have been on the search for the perfect mattress for our youngest daughter’s bedroom. We walked into Mr Mattress and immediately we were greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by John. He was eager to help us find the best mattress for our daughter in the price range we had set. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the different kinds of mattresses and we are very pleased with our purchase. The facility was clean and they delivered our mattress and hauled off our old mattress for such a small fee. We will use John at Mr Mattress again.

Overall great experience! Ms. Tonya was super helpful and very informative. We made our purchase on a Saturday and our mattress was delivered by some great guys on Monday. Their availability surpassed every other store in the area, as we were told by 3 different stores that the mattress would need to be ordered and it would 4+ weeks before it was delivered. I highly recommend Mr. Mattress!!

John (@Mr. Mattress) was very nice and knowledgeable, but not pushy. I appreciate his patience answering all my questions! They delivered the NEXT day for free and the delivery guys were great also. I would recommend checking them out! Last night was my 1st night on my new mattress and it was great!
