I’ve had Mr. Anderson as my agent for approximately 3.5 years. I’ve not had very many reasons to contact him except to make payments. I know I could pay other ways, but I enjoy the friendliness! I’ve recently had an unfortunate situation with a deer… Mr. Anderson has been extremely helpful with the entire situation. This man right here is very knowledgeable and very professional! Customer service has always been great! However the cost has not always been favorable and continues to increase. I have not had an accident in years..There was a time that the longer you have insurance, the older you get, no accidents; your rates go down, not increase. Even if I hadn’t used what I’ve paid in, why not give some of the money back? An incentive or something? Because where’s the money going when I’m not using it? It isn’t fair no matter how you look at it. If I had several accidents, I’d get my money’s worth but I wouldn’t possess a good driving record. No matter how you look at it it’s unfair. What do I get for the product I purchase every month? At least if I go to a store and purchase an overpriced item, I still have the physical evidence of what I purchased. And because it’s required by law to have, even though the price increase, you make the choice to have insurance or eat/have lights/etc. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
