Steven is fantastic! I have had a lot of anxiety around taxes each year, but his organizer is very user-friendly and easy to complete. The turn-around time between completing our organizer and having it returned was quick and efficient. He's worth every. single. penny -- and is more reasonably priced than other firms we have used. However, I saw that Allison Accounting is affiliated with Dave Ramsey and decided to go with them. They just completed my 2nd consecutive tax filings and I could not be more pleased with my decision. Steven was very responsive and patient, their web portal for document submission was straightforward and convenient (everything was done virtually), and the cost for preparation was very fair. State taxes were $1200 when we filed with the firm. The state adjusted the amount to almost $2000 due to an accounting error. I called the state for more information and a W2 was filed as Florida instead of Alabama so the state was trying to charge us for the income tax. The state corrected the error we will not be getting a REFUND of over $400. Took days for them to even get back to me as I sent a message before going to the state. Save your money and time.
