I’ve worked with Sawyer both as a first time home buyer and seller and I can confidently say he is the best in his field. He’s personable, professional, and takes pride in delivery the best experience possible.

Having zero experience in buying/selling of a home, Sawyer made sure I understood every step of the process and was available to answer all questions, regardless of how small. I had a very quick two week period to close and he was able to organize the repairs to ensure we met the deadline to close. I HIGHLY recommend Sawyer to anyone looking to buy or sell!

In the past year, we have bought two properties and sold two properties with Sawyer Jones. He made each transaction easy, and fun! His no pressure, completely transparent way of working with you; and his absolute desire to do whatever is in the best interest of his clients gave us complete confidence in working with him. Sawyer's close attention to details and strong communication skills made it simple to know step-by-step what we needed to do next, and where we were in the process. Never once did we feel "lost" or "out of touch".

Having lived in Auburn most of his life, Sawyer knows the market and the area very well. He has a very good sense of what would be best for a given client, and works tirelessly to find a property that absolutely fits their need. Plus, he's just a really nice person.

We experienced on multiple occasions Sawyer's commitment to building a long-term relationship, doing what is best for the client even if it's not best for him in the short term. As a result, our level of trust with him is through the roof. We have referred several friends to him, and will continue to use him as our realtor whenever the need arises.
