I recently searched for and bought a home in Auburn, Alabama. During that search, I worked with The Auburn Opelika Lifestyle Group. Melissa Bruce served as my buyer's agent. She showed me many different options until I settled on the home that was right for me. Melissa was very responsive to my questions and was very knowledgeable about the local market and what to look for to assess the quality of the homes we saw. Pamela Lankford got me through the paperwork needed for closing and made sure that the closing process was smooth. During that time, I had many questions. Melissa reached out to me very quickly after I visited their website. I mentioned I was going to be in Auburn mid May and she set up an appointment to go and visit 2-3 properties. We did that and she stayed on top of things emailing me or texting me about properties as they became available. The property I purchased she sent to me via email and then showed it to me a few days later. Three weeks later I now own that property! Melissa was great to work with and has a wonderful personality.

We had an amazing experience with Ashley, Taft, Kim, and the entire Lifestyle group. They did an incredible job of marketing our house and it sold in like a day. We then picked a lot to build on. We had an unusual circumstance as the developer took a long time to get it done, they were awesome in sticking with me and my 5 million questions during that time. They really helped me through some unusual circumstances and I benefited greatly having them on my side. Closing was extremely smooth! The use of a truck “Hauly” to move, the offering of someone to hang heavy things and TVs, and a donation in our name to a local charity are all incredible gifts at closing. Thank you! We are loving our happy place!
