Could not recommend ASE Credit Union enough! Ashley Arnold is the branch manager in Wetumpka, Al and she is outstanding, and will to help you no matter the circumstance. She is real and honest and I have enjoyed working with her over the last several year’s when purchasing my auto loan! Jacki from underwriting is awesome as well, willing to help and make it all happen! I will be coming back for sure!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the ASE Credit Union. The staff was super cool and made it easy for my family and I to get a loan. I would like to specifically thank the hardworking woman, Jakensa Yelder, for being so patient, sweet, and helpful to me and my family. With out her, I don’t know what we would do. Went in to refinance my current vehicle, and look at the possibilities of getting something new as well, and Derald was able to help me make both happen! Went there at 4 o'clock, they were having an event out front, parking lot blocked. Go to drive thru closed. Park in back doors locked. Go to front someone asked if they could help me, I said I need to make a payment. Told me to go to drive thru, I said it's closed, he's says I guess we're closed. Being handicapped and using a walker it made for a bad day.
