The attalla branch has the best, and most trustworthy tellers! They are also the friendliest. It's not often that you go in somewhere and feel apart of the "team". They make you feel welcome at all times. Love the attalla location!

Very nice bank to do business. All employees were nice courteous, and I was able to open a new direct deposit bank account in as little as 30 minutes. Also comes with a storm shelter.

I was having difficulties accessing my account on my phone after I had bought a new phone and Mr. Jason St. John helped me out with that and he did a really good job and now I have access to my account on my phone and he did a really good job helping me out with it. Thank you.

We have been with this bank since we opened our business in 2016. My husband has a business that has been with them since 1993. We had a credit card with them and have never missed a payment. We also have had and still have several loans with them and have always paid them. They decided since my husband is sick we need to just do a loan to pay it off. They gave us no choice, we were told that’s what we have to do. I don’t understand how they can discriminate because he is sick. I don’t like for people to make decisions for me! I have been very successful in business and can make my own decisions. I will be moving all of my accounts from this bank. Take my advice and if you get sick don’t let them know!
