I'm always happy with my hygienist, Tammy. I rarely have a wait and she's always professional, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Oliveira even popped in to say hi.

I did like bringing kids to Dr. Olivera, but after today I will moving somewhere new. I understand what he said to me, but to criticize me for wanting to get a referral to an actual orthodontist for a second opinion and then talk about his displeasure loud enough about it to the front desk staff (I’m assuming because he didn’t realize I was out here) is unacceptable. Being in the medical field myself, that was completely unprofessional.

I was looking forward to seeing you as a new patient. I made my appointment on Feb. 2 - I called today to check on the status of my appointment and your secretary must have forgotten to put that on the calendar. A search for my name came up empty on your calendar. This is very disappointing as you came highly recommended by many people here in Hanford.
Sadly I gave 1 star to someone I'd not met.
I got a few calls and a text later telling me of their mistake, but I'd already booked with a dentist that gave personal attention to new customers.

Doctor Oliveira, D.D.S. has treated our entire family for years. He is a great Doctor. His Office Staff Highgenest makes it easy to make appointments. They know all their patient's by name and works well with insurance companies.
